Aviation school (PPL)

Theory Training takes place as distance learning in cooperation with KSAB flight school in Stockholm. See their website at: http://ksabpilotschool.dinstudio.se/news_1.html

The theory is not difficult but quite heavy, expect approximately 10 hours per week during theory.
The subjects ends with schooltest and CAA-test.

The flighttraining takes place in parallel with theory (in Gotland) and is concentrated in the warmer season. It is required to be approximately 45 hours of flight training including 12 solo flights.

The cost of taking a private pilot's license is about
100000 SEK (10100 E) and it usually takes 1-2 years to complete.
